I hope everyone is enjoying the summer so far.

Thanks to all the SAL members who helped with the cooking on Memorial Day.

Keep your sleeves rolled up, because the Clam Bake is right around the corner. Let’s get as many SAL Members out there to help support the Legionaires and POST 232.

Don’t forget our annual Baseball Trip on August 27, Mets v. Phillies….so get the word out !

S.A.L. Commander’s Message
I hope everyone had a happy holiday season.

2008 dues continue to come in and our membership is
growing. Please come to meetings and get involved with Post
activies.

The legion membership is in the process of expanding the
Post. I would like the SAL to support this project as much as
we can.

We need your help!

We are planning several fundraisers. The more people that
are involved, the more we can accomplish!

To All Squadron 232 Members,
 
Let me start by wishing all our members and their families a safe and healthy summer.

Our fishing pole raffle was a great success. Our Congratulations goes out to Charlie Grey. He was the Lucky winner. Thank to you all purchased a ticket and supported our cause.

The annual Clam Bake will take place on Saturday, July 21st from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Post is looking for volunteers for this event. If anyone is interested in helping for a couple of hours, please call or stop by Post and sign-up.

Our Squadron is planing a "Party Boat Fishing Trip" in August. As of this writing we are still working on the details. Please call Post for more information.

We had a nice turnout for our Memorial Day Services and Parade. I would like to thank the many members and their families who came out and supported us.

Our next meeting will be held on Monday, July 16th at 7:00 p.m.
